专业研究领域:本课题组聚焦于肿瘤免疫逃逸机制研究及基于新靶点、新机制的小分子肿瘤免疫治疗药物的发现。研究内容主要包括:1PD-L1等肿瘤免疫检查点蛋白分子调控机制的研究,发现药物作用新靶点,研发小分子肿瘤免疫治疗药物。2、天然活性药物干预肿瘤微环境中TAMMDSC等重塑免疫监控的研究等。
