主要研究方向病毒学基础研究和抗病毒药物应用研究

专业研究领域主要从事病毒宿主相互作用研究,以及新型抗病毒药物靶点和药物的发现。近年来致力于将PROTAC技术应用于抗病毒药物研发,发现了国际上首个基于E3连接酶TRIM25的体内高效抗病毒PROTAC分子APL-16-5。在国内外学术期刊发表研究论文50余篇,其中SCI论文30余篇,以第一/通迅作者在Nat Commun、Signal Transduct Tar、Eur J Med Chem等专业刊物上发表学术论文12篇。研究成果申报发明专利14项,已授权专利11项。近年主持了国家自然科学基金-青年项目和面上项目、北京市自然科学基金面上项目、中央高校基本科研业务费重点项目并获得滚动支持、北京高等学校高水平人才交叉培养项目;参与了中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程、国家重点研发计划等多个项目。
