Research Interests

Our group has focused on the discovery of new candidates through design, synthesis, and SAR research of novel compounds with anti-infection (anti-virus, anti-TB, anti-bacterial) or anti-tumor activity. Antibacterial candidate IMB-031124 gained Phase II clinical approval, and the pre-clinical study of another IMB-070593 has been nearly completed.
